SMU Law student Dallas Shook completes Clerkship with Sbaiti & Company

Dallas Shook, who just finished his 2L at SMU Law School, completed a summer clerkship with Sbaiti & Company that began on June 24, 2022. Shook has focused his legal studies primarily on intellectual property and contract law. His time at Sbaiti & Company was spent assisting on a mass tort case, a case involving common law partnership creation and being trained in drafting a Motion to Compel. At the end of the clerkship, Dallas returned to SMU to pursue his MBA from the Cox School of Business.
