Before joining Sbaiti & Company, Cash practiced in the Government Contracts & White Collar group of a Washington, D.C.-area law firm, where he represented prime contractors, subcontractors, and small businesses in disputes, investigations, and counseling matters involving federal agencies, government contract performance, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Government Accountability Office, contractor transactions and agreements, False Claims Act and other government investigations, and federal regulatory compliance matters.
