Judicial Clerkship Experience
Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Porto, J.S.C. (now Civil Presiding Judge), New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic/Cape May Counties
Matthew B. Sicheri, an associate at Sbaiti & Company’s New Jersey Office, brings a wealth of experience from his diverse legal background. Growing up with parents who were both attorneys, Matthew was ultimately inspired to follow in their footsteps. Matthew was born without his left ear, later having it reconstructed, which provides him with unique sensitivity when working with clients who have been through physically traumatic events.
Experience
Before joining Sbaiti & Company, Matthew honed his legal skills at a mid-sized law firm in Roseland, New Jersey. There, he focused on a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury, trucking liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and other civil litigation matters in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Before private practice, his role as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Porto, J.S.C. (now Civil Presiding Judge), in the New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic/Cape May Counties, allowed him to work closely with large, national firms on Mass Tort/Multi-County Litigation matters.
