Sbaiti & Company PLLC Welcomes Attorney RJ Giglio as the Newest Addition to their Dallas Team

DALLAS, TX – Sbaiti & Company PLLC is pleased to welcome RJ Giglio to the firm as an Attorney in its Dallas office. RJ joins the team with a strong background in complex commercial litigation and extensive federal judicial experience at both the trial and appellate levels.

RJ is a seasoned litigator who focuses primarily on commercial litigation and has represented clients in multimillion-dollar disputes, securities fraud cases, appeals, and summary judgment proceedings. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas and brings a strong background in complex litigation across state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, RJ served as a law clerk for judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. This five-year clerkship experience provided him with deep insight into complex legal issues and refined his approach to litigation strategy at both the trial and appellate levels.

His representative matters include securing a multi-week trial victory in a multimillion-dollar technology dispute, winning a favorable appellate ruling in a nursing home negligence case, defeating and obtaining dismissal motions in securities fraud and other complex litigation, achieving summary judgment in a $44 million commercial dispute, and securing partial summary judgment that ultimately led to full resolution in mediation without payment.
