RJ Giglio is a seasoned litigator who has practiced in multiple areas of law with a primary focus on commercial litigation. Having spent five years clerking for federal judges at both the trial and appellate level, he is best-equipped at handling complex legal issues. RJ’s experience in cross-examination debate prepared him for developing argument strategies and taking depositions. Representative Matters
- Won a multi-week trial on behalf of the defendant in a multimillion-dollar technology litigation lawsuit.
- Won appeal in favor of the plaintiff on a nursing home negligence case in the Louisiana Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
- Defeated multiple motions to dismiss in favor of a securities fraud plaintiff and in various other lawsuits. Also succeeded on behalf of movants in multiple motions to dismiss.
- Won summary judgment on behalf of the defendant in a $44 million commercial litigation lawsuit.
- Won partial summary judgment on behalf of the defendant in a commercial litigation dispute. The opposing party dropped all claims against our client during mediation with no money exchanged.
- Taken multiple successful depositions resulting in summary judgment or aiding success at trial.
