Sbaiti & Company is proud to announce Brad J. Robinson and Michał Zapendowski have been elevated to Partners of the firm. Additionally, Jonathan Bridges recently joined the firm as a Partner.

Brad Robinson handles complex commercial litigation and personal injury matters. He has indepth experience in a variety of litigation contexts, having served as national and regional counsel for various product manufacturers and sellers in mass tort litigation, and handling claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants for wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, fraud, embezzlement, breach of contract, and property damage. Brad received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law and is an active member of the Bar and his community.

Michał Zapendowski is a native of Warsaw, Poland and fluent in four languages – English, Spanish, French and Polish. Michał’s practice areas are focused on complex commercial litigation, legal malpractice and complex fraud and tax disputes. Michał has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes in the courts of Texas, California, Delaware, New York and roughly half a dozen other jurisdictions across the United States and in U.S. territories. Michal earned his J.D. at Columbia University School of Law.

Jonathan Bridges has reunited with Mazin Sbaiti after first working together at Susman Godfrey. Prior to joining Sbaiti & Company, Jonathan was on the faculty of the newly launched University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law since 2015. With over two decades of highstakes commercial litigation experience involving real estate, oil and gas interests, coal mining, power plants, zoning, eminent domain, patents, copyrights, and movie theater chains, Jonathan adds tremendous depth and breadth to the Sbaiti team. He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review.
