DALLAS, TEXAS – Sbaiti & Company is excited to announce the return of Griffin S. Rubin as a Senior Associate Attorney in our Texas office.

Griffin brings extensive experience in complex litigation, having recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable Irma Carrillo Ramirez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He previously served as an associate attorney at the firm, working on a variety of cases, including False Claims Act litigation, regulatory disputes, securities fraud, constitutional issues, and complex commercial litigation. In 2024, he was honored with the “Rising Star” award by Super Lawyers. His decision to rejoin Sbaiti & Company was driven by the firm’s collaborative environment and its foundational commitment to delivering results to clients in an efficient and effective manner.
