Glenn D. Kohles, Jr. is an associate at Sbaiti & Company. Glenn is deeply committed to representing injured individuals, and his vigorous courtroom advocacy is a testament to his passionate approach to serving clients. His journey into law was fueled by a strong interest in courtroom advocacy and a desire to represent people who have been harmed. Before joining the firm, Glenn excelled in complex personal injury and dram shop matters, achieving notable settlements, including:

• A landmark $15 million settlement in a premises liability case.
• Playing central roles in multiple six-, seven-, and eight-figure recoveries.

His previous work also includes counseling related to sponsorship contracts with major professional sports teams and affirmative and defensive litigation on in-house matters. Glenn formerly served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Penn State Law, where he participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic; was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team; and completed an externship at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Glenn joined Sbaiti & Company because he wanted to represent injured individuals in high-stakes litigation and because of our firm’s reputation for tackling challenging, complex cases. Glenn is currently focused on some of the country’s most high-impact mass tort cases, including litigation related to the weedkiller Roundup and the medication Suboxone. His goal is to challenge himself in the courtroom while maintaining direct contact with the individuals he represents.
