Senior Associate Matthew B. Sicheri has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of the District Ethics Committee

Sbaiti & Company PLLC is honored to announce that Senior Associate Matthew B. Sicheri has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of the District Ethics Committee within the Office of Attorney Ethics for the 2025–2029 term.

The committee serves the District VA (Essex County–Newark) area and is responsible for investigating grievances filed against members of the bar or individuals practicing law within the State of New Jersey. As a volunteer branch of the Office of Attorney Ethics, the District Ethics Committee plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the legal profession by addressing ethical complaints and ensuring accountability.

This appointment is a testament to Matthew’s dedication and hard work as an attorney committed to the highest standards of professional conduct. Commenting on his appointment, Matthew stated, “I am excited and honored for the opportunity to be appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on one of the District Ethics Committees.
