Experience
For nearly 20 years, Scott has worked primarily on developing and implementing best practices surrounding electronically stored information. He also develops training programs on electronic discovery and regularly consults with clients and firm attorneys on electronic discovery issues including preservation, collection, review and production of documents, discovery sanctions, privilege, and the efficient use of technological resources in litigation.
With experience in the corporate legal environment, in large law firms, and with eDiscovery service providers, Scott has a true appreciation for the pain points and costs associated with big data. His litigation engagements often involve cross-practice collaboration and cover a vast range of client industries and substantive areas of law including anti-trust, arbitration, class action, intellectual property, pharmaceutical, securities, and white-collar matters.
